How to use this calendar.

Current campaign dates: Aug 2, 2026 (Launch) → Sep 20, 2026 (Pull Up Sunday) · Servant Church

Eight weeks. Launch Sunday (Week 1) also teaches Presence — the first P of the framework. Weeks 2–6 walk the rest of PULL UP (Understanding, Listening, Love, Uplift, Prayer). Week 7 teaches Follow-up so members are prepared for what happens after somebody says yes. Week 8 is Pull Up Sunday — the Event Day — when members bring their Three into the room, and the Sunday teaching centers on Salvation.

The 30 / 60 / 90 day pathway that follows Event Day is handled outside these eight weeks by the Pathway Tracker tool.

For the Coordinator: this is your operating map. Every week has a Sunday theme for the Pastor, a Huddle topic for Coaches, a weekly touch for members, and a three-line report focus for the Tuesday check-in. Each week’s theme lines up with the corresponding week in The Pull Up Zone — send members there for the devotional read.

WEEK 1
Launch + Presence

Launch Sunday — Presence

“Show up before you speak.”
📖 Chapter 6 · PULL: The Daily Disciplines
Sunday · Pastor
Pastor casts vision AND preaches on Presence. Every member takes the Personality Assessment in the pew or that afternoon. Squad assignments are announced. Launch video airs. Zone becomes public.
Squad Huddle · Coach Leads
First Squad Huddle this week. 30 minutes. Members introduce themselves and share their primary style. Coach walks the group through Name Your Three and commits each member to one PRESENCE touch this week.
Weekly Touch · Each Member on their Three
Take the assessment. Read your primary style profile. Show up to your first Squad Huddle. Send a text or make a call to one person on your Three — no agenda, just presence.
Coach’s Job This Week
Meet every Squad member by name. Get every member's assessment result. Text each member individually mid-week. Make sure everyone knows their Huddle time.
Tuesday Three-Line Report · Focus
First three-line report. IN (members at Huddle + who named their Three), OUT (missing), PRAYER (a specific need).
WEEK 2
Understanding

Understanding — Lead with their story

“Lead with their story, not yours.”
📖 Chapter 6 · PULL: The Daily Disciplines
Sunday · Pastor
Preach on Understanding. The discipline of curiosity. Asking one more question than you feel like asking.
Squad Huddle · Coach Leads
Practice the ‘tell me more’ muscle in pairs. 5 minutes each way. Then debrief what it felt like to be listened to that long.
Weekly Touch · Each Member on their Three
Ask one person on your Three an open question about their life. Listen for 10 minutes. Do not offer advice.
Coach’s Job This Week
Notice which members are natural listeners and which are natural talkers. Pair them for future Huddle exercises. Text your Coordinator any Yellow (10+ days silent) escalations.
Tuesday Three-Line Report · Focus
How many members had a real Understanding conversation this week? Any Yellow-tier concerns?
WEEK 3
Listening

Listening — Silence is a discipline

“Silence is a spiritual gift.”
📖 Chapter 6 · PULL: The Daily Disciplines
Sunday · Pastor
Preach on Listening. The four levels (habitual / attentive / active / generative). Where most Christians live and where Jesus lived.
Squad Huddle · Coach Leads
Members share one hard thing a person on their Three said. Coach models what generative listening sounds like in response. No fixing.
Weekly Touch · Each Member on their Three
One conversation this week where your only job is to listen. No advice. No scripture. No fix. Notice how it lands.
Coach’s Job This Week
Check in on any Yellow-tier members. Yellow becomes Red if silence goes past three weeks.
Tuesday Three-Line Report · Focus
Any Yellow-tier concerns to loop the Coordinator on? Any breakthroughs from generative listening?
WEEK 4
Love

Love — Serve them tangibly

“Serve them tangibly, or you do not really mean it.”
📖 Chapter 6 · PULL: The Daily Disciplines
Sunday · Pastor
Preach on Love. Agape as verb, not feeling. What it looks like to love somebody you would not naturally choose.
Squad Huddle · Coach Leads
Each member commits to ONE tangible act of service for somebody on their Three this week. Coach writes them down. Accountability next Huddle.
Weekly Touch · Each Member on their Three
One tangible act of love for one person on your Three. Meal. Ride. Yard work. Babysitting. Show up with something they need.
Coach’s Job This Week
Halfway point (Week 4 of 8). Assess Squad energy. Any member needing a personal call?
Tuesday Three-Line Report · Focus
How many tangible acts of love happened across the Squad this week?
WEEK 5
Uplift

Uplift — Say the word

“Say the word. Name the name.”
📖 Chapter 7 · UP: The Sustaining Moves
Sunday · Pastor
Preach on Uplift. When service becomes silent, it stops being witness. Naming Jesus out loud in the middle of what we are already doing.
Squad Huddle · Coach Leads
Members practice saying ‘I have been praying for you’ in pairs. Then practice one hard verbal step: ‘Can I pray for you right now?’ Role-play the response.
Weekly Touch · Each Member on their Three
Tell one person on your Three that you have been praying for them. Just that sentence. See what happens.
Coach’s Job This Week
Start prepping members for the Week 7 invitation ask. Which members feel ready to invite? Which need a partner?
Tuesday Three-Line Report · Focus
How many members took a verbal step this week? Any conversions or major breakthroughs?
WEEK 6
Prayer

Prayer — The whole thing runs on this

“The whole thing runs on this.”
📖 Chapter 7 · UP: The Sustaining Moves
Sunday · Pastor
Preach on Prayer. Not as prelude to the work — as the work itself. What it means to carry a name to God every day.
Squad Huddle · Coach Leads
Prayer Huddle. The whole 30 minutes is prayer. Each member names their Three out loud. The Squad prays them in.
Weekly Touch · Each Member on their Three
Set a daily alarm for sixty seconds. Name your Three out loud and ask God to move on them. Every day this week without fail.
Coach’s Job This Week
Prepare members for next week’s invitation ask. Send a reminder text ahead of Week 7 Huddle.
Tuesday Three-Line Report · Focus
Any breakthroughs in prayer this week? Any names to bring before the Squad?
WEEK 7
Follow-up + Invitation

Follow-up — Prepare for the yes

“The first 72 hours are more important than the decision itself.”
📖 Chapter 21 · The First 72 Hours
Sunday · Pastor
Preach on Follow-up. What happens the moment somebody says yes matters more than the yes itself. The 30-60-90 pathway explained. Members prepared for what happens on and after next Sunday.
Squad Huddle · Coach Leads
Members role-play the invitation to Pull Up Sunday. Coach helps each member decide who to invite and how. Every member commits to sending their invitation this week.
Weekly Touch · Each Member on their Three
Make the invitation. Text or call each person on your Three: ‘I would love for you to come to Pull Up Sunday with me next week.’ Give them the date, time, and offer to pick them up.
Coach’s Job This Week
Confirm every Squad member has made their invitations. Text any who have not. Coordinate rides + seat-saving with the Coordinator.
Tuesday Three-Line Report · Focus
How many invitations went out from the Squad this week? How many yeses so far?
WEEK 8
Event Day + Salvation

Pull Up Sunday — Salvation

“Bring them in. Heaven celebrates one.”
📖 Chapter 29 · The Cadence
Sunday · Pastor
Pull Up Sunday. The invited guests arrive. Every Squad member sits with the person they brought. Pastor preaches a Salvation message. Testimony moments woven throughout. Public invitation. Guests filled out on the connection card.
Squad Huddle · Coach Leads
No mid-week Huddle. The event IS the culmination. Coach follows up with every member individually to celebrate the yeses and comfort the no-shows.
Weekly Touch · Each Member on their Three
Bring your Three (or however many said yes). Sit with them. Introduce them to your Coach and the pastor after service. Take them to lunch.
Coach’s Job This Week
Coordinate greeters, seating, and follow-up cards. Make sure every Three who showed up has a warm handoff to the Follow-Up Lead.
Tuesday Three-Line Report · Focus
How many guests came? How many decisions? Names to the Follow-Up Lead by Monday.
