Welcome to the Pull Up Movement.

You have three verbs, three tools, and one Squad. That is the whole thing.

What Pull Up is.

The Pull Up Movement is a season where our whole church stops running programs and starts pulling people up to Christ — one relationship at a time, using the way God wired you.

You will not be asked to preach on a corner. You will not be asked to memorize theology. You will be asked to show up, speak life, and bring three people in. Everything on this page is designed to make that job doable, starting today.

Honest Questions

What if I do not know what to say to my Three?
You do not have to know yet. Start with the assessment and Name Your Three. Your Coach will help you build the testimony. The Style Guide gives you a sample conversation. You will not be sent out unprepared.
What if one of my Three says no?
Then you love them anyway. Pull Up is not a sales campaign. It is a season of presence. A "no" today is not a "no" forever. Keep praying. Keep showing up.
Do I have to invite them to church?
Not this week. First you build the relationship. First you listen. First you love. The invitation comes when the Spirit prompts it — and your Coach helps you know when.
What is a Squad?
Three to five members plus one Coach. You meet weekly for 30 minutes. You pray for each other. You report on your Three. That is it.
What if I miss a week?
Come back next week. Nobody keeps score. Your Coach will text you.

“You do not have to be a preacher. You have to be present.”
